The Museum is closed on official holidays (December 31, January 1,2,6, January 28, March 8, May 1, 9, 28, July 5, September 21)
The Museum holds extended hours of operation for April 24th.
Admission
Admission is free of charge but donations are welcomed.

The Armenian Genocide Museum provides guided tours in Armenian, Russian, English, French and German languages. Tours are conducted Tuesday-Sunday (excluding official holidays) from 10:00 to 16:20
The guided tour must be reserved in advance by phone; +37410390981 or +37477391412 (no more than 60 days in advance).
The guided tour includes the whole exhibition of the Museum which is represented in 12 exhibition halls. The guided tour lasts from 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Guided tour starts at the appointed time. If you are late for more than 10 minutes, you may lose the appointment.
The groups should consist of no more than 25 people (guided tours for the groups larger than 25 people are only available with radio guides).
The only exception is pupils’ groups. Please, note that guided tours are not provided to children under 13 years old.
Donations
There is a cash box in the main foyer of the Museum.
Please include your name and address if you would like a receipt for your donation. We are fully transparent and accountable for all of our donations. Every year the Museum will publish a complete accounting and bookkeeping ledger.
Bookshop
There is a bookshop inside the museum and the hours of operation for the bookstore are the same as for the museum.
Parking
The museum parking facility is free and readily available.

Walking directions.
From the Sport Music complex or Athena Street walk to the memorial complex approximately 15-20 min walk.
Driving directions.
Heading towards the Hrazdan soccer stadium turn right onto Athena Street. On the right hand you will see a blue sign with white lettering guiding your route. Follow the directions straight to the parking facilities.
